Tigress Loves Shrimp

What we see is that Tigress doesn't really care about Po. (At the moment, or probably ever...)

What I am saying is that Tigress is attracted to a certain type of man. Strong, dedicated, vigilant, a great fighter, an intelligent mind, and a disciplined soul. At the moment Po is only strong and a great fighter. This wouldn't be enough for Tigress to go out with him.

Although, in Way of The Prawn... Tigress had a romantic daydream about the samurai prawn, and she was wearing a dress. To date Tigress has only hugged Po in a non-romantic friendly way. But in Way of the Prawn she hugs the prawn in a way that you would hug someone that you have a crush on or have deep feelings for. Nothing friendly about her hug here.

She runs down the stairs. Passes Po who thinks he's going to be slapped. She gushes about how the samurai is alive. (More than she ever did about Po being alive.) Stops herself. Says screw it! Picks him up and love hugs all over him. There is nothing about her hug that says just friends. She's in love with him, and even offers to visit him in Japan, and no one says no or tries to stop her. Not even Po. If he was in love with her he would've said something.
